If your item arrives damaged you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the tracking shows the package is delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stole, or damage packages.

Mailing
When filling out contact information you must include your name, phone number, and FULL address including your house/apt/unit/etc. We are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
